Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Design and implement methods to gather and manage supply chain data
• Seek to improve all aspects of the supply chain planning organization by reviewing current methodology and processes
• Document Current and To-Be Supply Chain Processes
• Participate or Lead Supply Chain continuous improvement projects with cross-functional teams
• Participate and support monthly SIOP activities
• Plan, analyze and initiate activities for supply alignment to forecast and actualized demand signals
• Execute root cause analysis of stock outs, late and overstock situations and propose improvement plans to minimize

inventory exposure and maximize revenue.

• Identify and communicate supply chain disruptions to internal cross functional groups as needed and work toward

resolution

• Ensure new product availability in accordance with new product introduction plan by attending NPI core-team meetings

and integrating NPI requirements including Initial Stocking Quantities, accessories and spare parts into production plans.

• Work with cross functional stakeholders to coordinate, plan and execute NPI processes

REQUIRED:

• 5+ years of Supply Chain Planning, Business Analyst experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field (Supply Chain / Operations Management / Industrial Engineering etc.)
• Experience using ERP systems and MRP/DRP tools, analytics and reporting tools like PowerBI
• Proven project management and meeting facilitation skills
• Experience collaborating and influencing cross functional stakeholders to identify and synchronize on action plans
• Ability to understand & manage large datasets via Excel/BI tools to distill and report product segment overviews, trends, and summaries.
• Professional integrity in all internal and external engagements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to speak and read Mandarin and English

NICE TO HAVE:

• High volume High Tech / Consumer Electronics experience
• Oracle EBS/Cloud/Planning Systems like SAP APO/IBP, Oracle ASCP/Planning Cloud, Kinaxis etc experience
• ASCM/APICS/CSCP or other supply chain accreditations
