Account Technology Strategist (ATS)
As a Director - Account Technology Strategist you will be responsible for driving technical-thought leadership and client engagement at a level for large complex, enterprise clients. You have knowledge of business, data, application, and technical architecture for delivery success in this role. You will consistently work on innovation and cross Solution Area solutioning with clients. You will primarily focus on account-level Technology strategy, architecture review, and road mapping. You will regularly collaborate with Advisory to provide a path for the client on the technology vision and strategy.
Key Role Responsibilities:
You will be part of the Client Service Team, working closely with the Client Account Lead and the Account Delivery Lead. In your role of Account Technology Strategist, you will be responsible for the following:
Account leadership & direction
Help client develop Technology vision & strategy
Look across account for cross-Solution Area opportunities
Seek to understand current state and future opportunities
Leverage references and thought leadership in industry and area
Drive continuous innovation through thought leadership
Account Management
Drive quarterly Technology Roadmaps & Innovation briefings for emerging tech & industry trends
Support Voice of the Client survey efforts (feedback and improvement plans)
Cultivate alliance relationships to unlock opportunities
Bridge Microsoft relationships for and with clients
Manage the Power of 3 dynamics and establish trusted relationships with Accenture and Microsoft
Solutioning & Delivery
Provide consistent solutioning from inception to managed services
Own technology roadmap
Sales
Identify & drive cross-sell/upsell/renewal/emerging tech opportunities
Proactively share knowledge of client/industry pain points/opps/tech stack
Challenge ideas, bring in client & competitor insights to improve ideas
Bring in experts/ambassadors, leveraging references & thought leadership in industry/domain and area
Key Skill & Capability Requirements:
Your technical and non-technical skills include:
Preferred Certifications (applicable to internal candidates):
Certified Solution Architect (SISA or AOSA) and Certified QA Director (QAD) preferred.
Certified Delivery Lead (SIDL) required.
