Offline Business Development Assistant Manager

Job Description:

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

You would be responsible for managing our key offline accounts through direct or strategic partnership to meet the assigned revenue and profitability goals. In the meantime, identifying new business opportunities, establishing new relationships, and sell Belkin products in China. You will work with multiple team members including marketing, finance, logistics and other sales team members achieve the sales target. Conduct regular training to the frontline staff of our key partners to make sure the sell-out is within planned. The success of this role will be further reliant upon excellent communication skills, analytical strategy, and the determination of the execution. 

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • For our existing key accounts, develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base:
  • Develop a comprehensive business plan that includes goals, strategies, tactics, and metrics for measuring success
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against them
  • Continuously evaluate and adjust the plan based on market conditions and performance data
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting:
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement a customer relationship management (CRM) system to track customer interactions and performances.
  • Establish regular communication channels with key customers and partners to understand their needs and provide support
  • Familiar the key spec of the products, have insight on how to pitch to end customers, and conduct regular training for our channel partner’s frontline staff.
  • Developing and implementing a company-wide go to market plan, working with all departments to execute.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives:
  • To work with the logistics and finance team to make sure every detail is in place during the collabroation with our channel partners.
  • Regular communicate with PM/Marketing team making sure the message we are deliverying is up to date.
  • Perform other duties if required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of eight (8) years’ related experience selling I.T. accessories or consumer electronics products through online/offline channels in China.
  • Ability to define and execute product strategy and go-to-market plan.
  • Track record of delivering or exceeding the assigned sales and business objectives consistently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic organization to multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Good understanding of the business environment in China.
  • Excellent negotiation, writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience and skills working with major Microsoft Office computer programs, including Outlook, Excel and Word and others.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese is required.
  • University Degree in Engineering or equivalent acquired from a reputable University or Tertiary Institution.
