Your Mission

UiPath is looking for a talented and experienced Marketing Program Manager with Field and/or Account Based Marketing experience to be a member of the expanding America’s Account Based Marketing team. Reporting to the Vice President, Account Based Marketing, you will be responsible for working side-by-side with Account Based Marketers and with Enterprise Success and Professional Services to create, execute, track and refine a set of campaigns and events that are delivered into top customers. This role, The Extended Accelerate Program Manager, will support up to 25 Automation Program Advisors (APA’s) who are members of the Enterprise Success Team. This role requires a strong background in developing and managing integrated, highly customized, one-to-one marketing campaigns and events including messaging/content, display/social advertising, email, direct mail, live and virtual events.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Guide Automation Program Advisors in leveraging their Extended Accelerate Program Playbooks (already created) to execute campaigns and events that deliver an excellent customer experience, educate and excite new areas of the customer’s business on the benefits of AI-powered automation, and drive license consumption.
  • Along with the APA, identify opportunities within customer accounts to target the right individual, line of business, and division.
  • Build the APA’s campaigns and events via our martech stack including SFDC, LinkedIn, Marketo, Folloze, 6Sense. Use these technologies to amplify the message in these accounts.
  • Understand and report on the data from Tableau, SFDC, Marketo, Folloze, 6Sense to ensure that the APA’s campaigns and events are driving responses, engagement, and license consumption.
  • Work with our messaging agency to create, review, edit, and improve campaign and event messaging and creative treatments.
  • Aligned with the APA, collaborate directly with customer champions to design and deploy customer-sponsored campaigns and events within target accounts.
  • Provide consistent communications and reporting across all parties on status, needs, gaps, and potential risks.

What you'll bring to the team

  • 8+ years of Campaign Management, Field, ABM, and/or marketing program management experience in B2B, preferably high-tech software.
  • Experience in the creation, execution, measurement, optimization, and reporting of integrated campaigns that contribute to pipeline growth and/or license consumption, using modern marketing tools and channels including list building and targeting, personalized websites and landing pages, account-based display and social ads, content syndication, direct mail, webinars and live events.
  • A passion for being directly engaged and interfacing with customers.
  • Highly experienced in using marketing automation tools (Marketo preferred) and ABM tools (Tableau, 6Sense, SFDC, Folloze, Postal preferred).
  • Strong experience in and ability to effectively manage projects, timelines, and resources including vendors and budget.
  • Possess effective communication skills, be highly organized, demonstrate consistent success, and have a bias for action.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Technology or Management
