Job Mission

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner - Retail to join us. As the Market Talent Acquisition Partner - Retail, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy within the market. Your primary focus will be on identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talents who align with our brand and business goals. This position directly report to Talent Lead, Korea, and dotted report to Head of Talent Acquisition, APAC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition Operational Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive retail talent acquisition operational strategy tailored to the unique needs of the market. Collaborate with market leadership to understand business needs, workforce planning, and market trends to ensure the acquisition of high-caliber talent.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Ensure a seamless and efficient candidate experience at every touchpoint.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and guide a team of talent acquisition professionals, comprising RPO, sourcers and coordinators. Set clear objectives, provide coaching, and foster a collaborative environment to drive individual and collective success.
  • Market Mapping: Conduct regular market analysis to identify key talent pools, competitors' talent strategies, and emerging industry trends. Leverage this information to proactively adapt and refine our recruitment approach.
  • Partnership and Collaboration: Establish strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to deeply understand their talent needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly. Provide guidance on best practices and contribute to workforce planning discussions.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics to track and measure recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness. Translate insights into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion in all aspects of the talent acquisition process. Implement strategies to attract a diverse candidate pool and mitigate bias in recruitment practices.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and partners as needed. Evaluate vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure alignment with our talent acquisition strategy.

Role Specifications: 

Academic/ Professional Qualifications/ Work Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Min. 7 to 8 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the luxury retail sector or a closely related industry
  • Experience leading and managing a team of talent acquisition professionals.
  • Strong understanding of luxury retail market dynamics and the ability to align talent strategies with business objectives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights
  • Familiarity with Workday is preferred
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry best practices, trends, and legal regulations related to talent acquisition.
