About the role of Pastry Demi Chef de Partie:
The Pastry Demi Chef de Partie is an integral part of the Pastry Kitchen, serving the Restaurant, Room Service, Banqueting, and all in-house Amenities. This position will work closely with the Pastry Chef de Partie and Executive Pastry Chef to supervise and oversee the Pastry Team in the preparation and production of all desserts and pastry items and maintain the smooth running of the operation.
