About the Role

This role will be a part of the Carrier Connected Hubs Digital Team and is responsible for driving efforts of the entire P2P process & Financial Management for Mexico, China & India Hubs

Key Role & Responsibilities:

Develop and nurture positive relationships with vendors to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Manage the Employee cycle of Contingent workforce.

Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, addressing inquiries, concerns, and fostering a collaborative business environment.

Manage Global Demand Management for indirect sourcing

Raising Purchase Requests & Purchase orders using SAP (ARIBA), working with approvers to ensure POs are released in a timely manner and within the agreed timeframes.

Accurate maintenance of P2P Team records; produce regular reports on the demand/input through the Team and presenting at Team meetings.

Ensure that invoices are processed quickly and efficiently and working with Accounts payable/Finance to resolve any queries as required to ensure that the Credit Rating for business is not impacted by late payment of invoices.

In collaboration with the financial team, monitoring team/project expenditure, identifying any variances (deltas) between planned and actual expenditure and reporting on these.

Able to support SOW refinements with various vendors ensuring all the mandatory information are clear and objectives are met.

Monitor and manage contract performance, ensuring vendors adhere to agreed-upon terms and conditions.

Maintain and support improvement of the 'Purchase to Pay' process, policies, and procedures in collaboration with key stakeholders (e.g., Finance, IT Asset Management)

Ability to work independently delivering to tight deadlines.

Analyze data related to vendor performance, costs, and other relevant metrics.

Generate reports and insights to support strategic decision-making.

Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the Hub budget

Create and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making processes

Conduct cost analysis to determine the appropriate FTE pricing structures for different Hubs

Required Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in commerce or business Management.

5-9 years of experience in P2P & Finance Controller

Expertise in Professional services and resource management or contingent workforce

Working knowledge on Excel and PowerPoint (Power BI will be added advantage)

Experience with SAP & Ariba tools.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

University Degree or equivalent 4- 7 Years of years prior relevant experience Thrive in a diverse, fast paced, global environment
