  • Experience writing software for macOS and/or Windows in C/C++/Objective-C
  • Deep understanding of API design principles
  • Experience with CoreMedia is a huge plus

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

The Media Apps team is looking for a creative Senior Software Engineer to work on the next generation of the Music and TV apps for macOS and Windows. You will help build innovative features that will delight millions of customers around the world. You possess strong skills in the areas of application design, proven API design principles and have a strong understanding of customer and workflow issues. You have a history of shipping large volume consumer product successfully. You are a well-rounded developer who is not afraid to question assumptions. You have an excellent written and oral skills. You love collaborating under tight deadlines.   • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $170,700.00 and $300,200.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
