Who we are

HII - Mission Technologies is currently seeking a C5ISR Sensor Subject Matter Expert for a new, single award task order contract to provide SOCPAC, its service component commands, and its strategic and operational partners with enterprise C5ISR and ancillary services. The C5ISR Sensor Subject Matter Expert will provide technical assistance and daily operations for the integration, development, testing, operation, and modernization of ISR platforms and associated ground equipment. The C5ISR SME will have the authority to act as the Deputy Program Manager when the Task Order Program Manager or the Senior Operations Lead/Deputy Program Manager are unavailable. This position can be located in the Northern Virginia area. Travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational and management oversight of mission readiness and procedural recommendations concerning the development, integration, fielding, and employment of new ISR processes. 
  • Provide staff assistance to the Government on all phases of doctrinal and regulatory guidance of ISR systems. 
  • Assist the Government in drafting the Operational Needs Statement (ONS) and acceptance of development capabilities. 
  • Collaborate with senior level intelligence analysts and SMEs in a joint and multi-forces environment. 
  • Maintain access to a full suite of communications that are operated at the Secret and TS clearance levels at a SCIF located within two hours of their home of record.
  • Meet or exceed all customer-provided metrics. 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 7 years relevant experience; OR Master's degree plus 6 years relevant experience. An additional 4 years of specific job experience with a HS diploma may be substituted for the Bachelor’s degree requirement for this job. 
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.

Bonus points for:

  • Minimum of five years’ experience working in roles within or with countries within the USINDOPACOM AOR.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience working with ISR technologies, military operations, and ISR innovations.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in the use of SIGINT capabilities and TTPs used by ISR platforms.
  • Experience with PED operations, ONS, and working with program executive offices for rapid acquisition and integration of capabilities and new processes.
