Provides technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, complex software, or networked and/or wireless systems.

Responds to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software. Reports design, reliability, and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering. May be involved in customer installation and training.

Provides support to customers/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature.

To shoulder responsibility of Technical Engineer L3 (Wintel cum Storage).

• 24 X 7 Rotational Shifts
• VM Infrastructure,
• DRS Very important
• Physical Hardware CISCO, VCS, HP, Dell
• Networking experience
• ESXi Troubleshooting, Configuration, Managing Network switches on ESXi
• Strong experience on Physical Network,
• VCenter Management activities,
• Building EXSi host
• Patching, Upgrading ESXi
• HA – High Availability, Configuration
• Windows troubleshooting
• Creation/Addition of Data stores
• Managing Datastore clusters
• VMotion/SVmotion
• Clusters
• Firmware Upgrades

Qualification: Diploma / Any Graduate / Engg.

Desired Experience: 7-9 years’

Knowledge, skills, and abilities required:

Must be a pleasing personality with effective spoken and written communication in English and well in documentation. Must be good team player.
