Job Description

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

The Compliance Manager will develop, maintain, and ensure compliance with governmental regulations, customer requirements, also specifications, policies, processes, and procedures of the company. The incumbent will provide expertise and guidance in interpreting policies, regulatory and/or governmental regulations, and customer guidelines to assure compliance and work directly with operating entities to ensure that processes, requirements well implemented, controlled, or audits are conducted continuously as specified enforce requirements and meet expectations.

The individual will manage the compliance team by providing work direction for compliance supervisor(s), compliance engineers, and compliance technicians, and interact regularly with operation manufacturing, organization, commercial, and service functions to establish compliance standards.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Establish local compliance procedures, guidelines, checklists, and toolkits for implementation of governmental regulations, customers requirements, and the company’s compliance policies
  • Drive the implementation and supervise compliance programs to ensure the company, and suppliers' practices are aligned with local laws, regulations, and customers, as well as company compliance standards,
  • Advise the management on compliance risks arising from the Company’s daily operations and appropriate measures to control these risks;
  • Conduct internal audits, GEMBA to assess the level of compliance enforcement by business units and other departments in the company
  • Designing and managing control systems to deal with compliance violations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams on hosting the audit from global internal, external 3rd parties or customers.
  • Lead, involve, and follow up with cross-functional teams to define root cause and close finding/CAP on time
  • Develop Objectives, Goals, Strategies, and Measures (OGSM) for compliance area and confirm linkage to global business strategies.
  • Communicating training with all of a business's employees and the related organizations to ensure they are aware of their role/s in compliance
  • Develop, analyze, and manage compliance expenses related.
  • Lead benchmarking of compliance-related topics in support of divisional goals.
  • Develop and build capability for compliance team members
  • Other tasks as business requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of compliance manufacturing or related experience, with supervisory or lead experience preferred.
  • Certified Compliance, Auditor, or other related certifications and affiliations preferred. Sound engineering and people-leading skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding and skills in project and program management, including 3rd parties.
  • Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Google Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and function-specific software.
  • Strong math and analytical skills. Strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to be an advisor to clients and build strong and sustainable relationships
  • Skilled in team building and experience in effectively working with cross-functional teams.
