Join our dynamic Associate Management team to become a Quality Assurance & Resourcing Coordinator.

This is a full-time and permanent role, which is attached to one of our C&G Hubs Warrington, Wakefield Burntwood or London, however City & Guilds support hybrid working.

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Associate Management team, working as a Quality Assurance & Resourcing Coordinator.

The role involves supporting Associate recruitment, deployment, organising and coordinating the delivery of induction, training and standardisation events.

This is a full-time role, working 35 hours per week.

About the role

As a Quality Assurance & Resourcing Coordinator, you will need to work closely with the Associate Managers to support with the recruitment, selection, training, and performance management of our Associates, ensuring all documentation, processes, systems and data are securely maintained.

You will collaborate across the business to support the recruitment requirements and support capacity planning.

You will liaise with stakeholders, both internal and external, to organise and coordinate the delivery of training and briefing events for associates.

Our Associate Resourcing Executive will also be responsible for maintenance of the Associate vacancies' website, ensuring it’s up to date with engaging content to attract a diverse range of applicants.

About you

We would like you to have experience or coordinating inter-related activities or projects in a customer focused environment.

You will need to be a great communicator to proactively engage with associates and other stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will have to be able to have a positive and flexible attitude. 

We are looking for someone with new ideas, and attention to detail, as we continue to work to streamline and standardise our processes.

We need a real team player, with ambition, someone who can use their initiative and can deliver an exceptional customer experience.
