About You

Your expertise in property, real estate, or project marketing will be highly valued, though we are also open to experience from other industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage SEO, SEM, social media (both paid and organic), email marketing, and automation campaigns.
• Coordinate a high-performing team, managing a significant advertising budget and a lead database of over 200,000 contacts.
• Collaborate with diverse teams, including onshore and offshore members, to drive and scale our marketing success.
• Ensure timely delivery of all marketing deliverables, maintaining quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in property, real estate, or project marketing. However, candidates from other backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in coordinating SEO, SEM, and social media marketing strategies.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, capable of working with both onshore and offshore teams.
