We are seeking a motivated and proactive Systems & IT Support Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for providing IT technical support to 100+ users nationally through telephone, email, and face-to-face in a fast-paced environment, working within a collaborative Service Desk Team to provide proactive rather than reactive outcomes for our team to consistently provide a high standard of IT support to ensure all helpdesk requests are responded to within agreed timeframes.

Responsibilities - 

  • Deploy new systems and contribute to IT projects as required
  • Audit our systems and identify gaps, recommend and implement solutions
  • Provide day to day IT and systems support & solutions for a team of 50 people using Helpdesk tools
  • Set up and manage IT software and user accounts for new starters, including remote setup for team members in AU, IN, PH, Fiji
  • Maintain a telephony system (RingCentral), a rostering platform (Acuity)
  • Manage day-to-day operation and maintenance of Sales, Marketing, Systems, IT tools within Zoho One Business Suite.
  • Manage IT assets, including asset registers, storage and repairs
  • Work with open APIs to create integrations for 3rd party tools and St Trinity tech stack
  • Support ongoing technical training programs for St Trinity staff
  • Ensure appropriate documentation is created and maintained regarding services and systems

Requirements

  • Completion or near completion of Diploma/Degree in Computer/IT Discipline
  • IT support experience
  • Telephony system experience 
  • Strong technical knowledge in Microsoft Windows 11 OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace
  • Working knowledge in Office 365 Tools such as Sharepoint Online, MS Teams, Planner, OneDrive for Business
  • Strong diagnostic skills and an analytical approach
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels

Knowledge/Exposure in CRMs preferably Zoho

Desirables

  • Working knowledge in SQL
  • Knowledge in data visualization with Analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau
  • Working knowledge of basic web page development tools such as Unbounce, Wordpress
