We are seeking a leader to liaise with several organizations across Oracle globally including: Product, Information Technology, Information Security, Cloud Security, and Legal to support complex customer contracting while balancing Oracle’s risk appetite, contracting practices, and OCI product capabilities. 

Preferred Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Economics, Operations, or Pre-Law focus
  • Ten (10+) or more years of experience in contract management, deal management, procurement, business development and/or business practices
  • Experience with legal/contractual agreements
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and analytical communication skills 
  • Organized, detail oriented, and time management skills
  • Ability to quickly pivot and work effectively under time critical deadlines 
  • Prior tech or cloud industry experience preferred 

Career Level - M5

  • Leading OCI’s contract management strategy, including appropriately balancing deal closure timelines and risks related to key, high-value accounts.
  • Scaling programs, processes, and operations to align with business growth, including identifying automation opportunities and developing implementation roadmap. 
  • Analyzing complex customer/partner contracts to obtain a complete understanding of contractual terms related to commercials, security, compliance, privacy, and cloud operations.
  • Managing stakeholder relationships with global and local cross-functional deal teams, internal and external stakeholders to negotiate highly-complex specialized cloud deals, manage escalations, and communicate outcomes succinctly 
  • Providing direction and mentoring team members. 
  • Applying business acumen to evaluate contractual requests, risks, and implications, managing escalations. 
  • Articulating recommendations, decisions, and priorities in a crisp and concise manner to all levels including executive leaders.

US: Hiring Range: from $161,600 to $338,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
