Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai is looking for Server who share a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. The position reports to the Restaurant Manager.

Work authorization for the location is required.

Responsibilities

1. Offer guests of the restaurant an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.

2. Anticipate and service of guests’ requirement before requests are necessary.

3. Serve and clear food and beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner.

4. Familiar with the wine list and in wine and beverage service including stemware used an appropriate garnishes.

5. Utilize a “Captain’s Pad” correctly and for the sake of communication.

6. Complete opening and closing side work as assigned and has all tables set according to standard.

7. Present menus and explanations for all menu items as well as specials of the day.

8. Carry trays, bus and reset tables with linen, china, glass and silver.

9. Change ashtrays, serve cigarettes, crumb tables.

10. Ascertain a guest’s satisfaction and handle any problem which may arise informing a manager of the problem and how it was resolved.

11. Service all needs for any private dining room or private function. 

12. Control the cleanliness in restaurant area as well as public rest room
