Job Description

主要職責：
1. 參與對外會議，理解利益相關者和潛在使用者的需求，並將其轉化為視覺上的創作。
2. 與專案團隊密切合作，理解使用者需求與技術特性之間的平衡，並開發出具有高商業價值的創新產品。
3. 規劃並主持設計相關會議，包括Design Thinking工作坊，並負責提案發表與與客戶的溝通。
4. 與產品開發團隊溝通協調，確保最終界面效果符合設計目標。
Job Conditions
1. 對使用者需求分析研究與探索有經驗，並且有3年以上在應用程式、手機或網站設計體驗的經驗。
2. 清楚理解平面設計與使用者介面設計的差別，了解User Interface每年的趨勢。
3. 熟悉Design Thinking工具和實務經驗，具備創意設計解決方案的能力。
4. 有設計過功能性APP並了解AOS和IOS的設計指南。
5. 有設計過Responsive Web Design的大型網站，並了解其優缺點。
6. 具備視覺設計概念、創意發想以及設計理念表達能力。
7. 有網站/APP的視覺風格提案能力，並且有與業務、後端程式等相關人員配合的經驗。
