Join our fast growing team at TikTok in the SF Bay Area to lead and own product features that help evolve and drive impact for everyday consumers and creators. This position can be based out of our San Jose or San Francisco office.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with cross functional teams including product managers, researchers, content designers, and engineers to contribute to high-level strategic decisions, envision and execute impactful product experiences globally
  • Provide multiple solutions based on user needs, business goals, and technical constraints for any given project
  • Create end-to-end user flows, both low and high fidelity, and prototypes as needed
  • Review product releases qualitatively and through data, pre and post launch to ensure high quality experiences are reaching millions of TikTok users

Qualifications

  • 2+ years designing for consumer-facing products across multiple platforms(mobile, web & desktop), preferably in the content creation or consumption space
  • Strong in visual design, interaction design, and regularly execute prototypes using tools like Principle, Framer, or Origami to rapidly test and iterate complex interactions and experiences
  • Great communication skills to be able to articulate your concepts and decision-making
  • Ability to rapidly iterate and produce multiple concepts
  • Experience with a/b testing and a data driven practice
  • Familiar with development methods and able to effectively balance implementation of cost and plan benefits
  • Results oriented and resilient. Ability to fit within a startup culture which celebrates efficiency and driving impact
  • Knowledge of working with Figma, Principal, Adobe Creative Suite, and iOS & Android
  • A passion and enthusiasm for TikTok and its community!
