Due to our ever-growing portfolio of national projects, we have an opportunity for a Recruitment Business Partner to join our dynamic team in Melbourne and become part of our National Talent Community. 

The Recruitment Business Partner plays a key role in driving continuous improvement in the recruitment function and contributes to the People & Culture strategic plan across their line of business including gaining exposure and leading the international recruitment drives.

About you

  • 5 years’ experience recruiting high volume blue collar and white-collar positions particularly within engineering
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders, engaging at all levels in partnership to ensure a streamlined and thorough recruitment process 
  • A strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, utilising all the tools you have at your fingertips, LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights, MyPass, Seek Premium Talent Search VideoMyJob
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks and simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands
  • Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with all walks of life at different levels both internally and externally.
