Execute Body In White development with supplier to secure the milestones in the project.
Prepare and monitor timeline for BIW development activities with supplier
Collaboration with different cross-functional teams (Purchasing, Quality, Production, Controlling) to meet quality, assembly & functional requirements.
Close coordination with supplier for functional development and product maturity.
Execution of Engineering Change requests as per project requirements.
Mandatory skills & experience:
7-12 years of relevant experience in BIW design and development.
Knowledge of Sheet metal part manufacturing process
Experience in full product lifecycle management spanning from concept generation, design & development, product validation (as per global regulation), product launch execution to post-production support.
Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
Strong practitioner of basic engineering processes, analytical and problem-solving skills and with capability of out-of-the-box thinking.
Able to work as an independent player with min. guidance.
Working Experience in UG NX
