We are now looking to expand the team with an Enterprise Sales Manager for UK & Ireland based in London to chase the dream with us.

The essence of the role

We are seeking an exceptionally driven and skilled Enterprise Sales Manager to become an invaluable addition to our rapidly growing sales team. In your role as the UK & Ireland's Enterprise Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in identifying and securing lucrative business prospects within prominent enterprise organizations.

In this influential position, you will be an independent contributor reporting directly to the Head of Enterprise Sales within the EMEA region.

As our new Enterprise Sales Manager, you will:

  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities with enterprise level customers in the UK&Ireland
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers within target companies across key verticals including but not limited to Retail, Finance, Telecoms, Logistics, Travel and Media & Broadcast
  • Understand business needs and pain points relating to ‘Customer / Mobile Engagement’ strategies and demonstrate how Sinch’s CPaaS solutions address and support those requirements
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams including SDRs, Product Marketing, Solutions Engineers, and the Partner Teams to build maintain and close a healthy pipeline of enterprise business whilst ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall profit and growth of the company
  • Represent Sinch at Industry and Partner events in UK & Ireland

Who are you?

In order to be successful in this role, we believe you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales preferably in telecom or software industry
  • Proven track record of successfully closing complex deals with enterprise level customers and winning and onboarding new enterprise logs
  • In-depth knowledge of the UK&Ireland enterprise market and the ability to navigate complex sales cyles in region
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of an organisation
  • MEDDPIC / Commander or equivalent Sales Methodology experience or training strongly preferred
  • Self-Motivated target driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relationships in the partner technology ecosystem a bonus
  • Ability to travel in UK&Ireland as required
  • Fluent in English, a second or third language a bonus
