What we expect of you, day to day.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
The Central European Group Clients Team’s purpose is to provide Visa’s most important global clients the best possible multi-market experience. As a Team we find the best ways for our clients to capitalise on their size and market reach. Our goal is to provide the best-in class multi-market expertise & know-how and provide tailor-made global framework agreements with attractive propositions to help our clients grow their business. Thanks to dedicated local teams in place, we engage in a holistic approach with deep client relationships on a Group level, both strategically and operationally.
The main focus of the Senior Commercial Account Executive is to grow our commercial issuing footprint within the Group Clients in Central Europe.
You will lead and deliver VCS sales initiatives for our Group Clients. You will be responsible for all global and local VCS sales activities and for actively managing commercial portfolios of Visa’s Group Clients in Central Europe.
Most important, you will align beyond borders with your VCS and AE peers across markets to ensure best practice sharing, exchange on initiatives and ensuring to capture all market insights were needed. You will be acting as a “connector” and be part of the cross-functional and cross-border team in order to better understand the client needs and pain points from a holistic perspective and provide strategic advice to our clients.
