We are seeking candidates for the following position based in the Mexico City office and be onsite 3 days a week.:

What can you expect?

The Senior Specialist – IT Product Management role will oversee the OneTrust platform, currently hosting multiple data privacy and information security global processes, own the Data Subject Access Request Process for HR and oversee the ServiceNow HR platform and the related technical implementations. The Senior Specialist will build scalable processes, manage a team of product specialist and will work with key business stakeholders.

We will count on you to:

  • Take the lead on all OneTrust initiatives, working across business and technology to identify the best solution to operationalize privacy and information security needs and oversee implementation
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of the OneTrust platform
  • Organize and lead meetings with relevant stakeholders to drive the creation of enterprise processes and solutions
  • Develop and maintain execution plans and work with each business to ensure progress and timely completion of tasks
  • Manage the vendor relationship with OneTrust vendor
  • Make determination and provide recommendations as to the solution for enhancements to OneTrust and ServiceNow
  • Define implementation scope, resources and timeline for implementation of enhancements, related technologies, including vendor onboarding if required 
  • Oversee the operationalization of any compliance policies and standards that require technical solutions or that currently leverage OneTrust
  • Manage the resolution of high priority issues where possible, owning resolution updates & communication with key stakeholders
  • Define appropriate metrics to measure effectiveness and establish process to report out on metrics
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across Corporate and all businesses, ensuring that solutions meet a wide range of needs
  • Manage the team of product specialists
  • Manage the budget and subscription renewal process on a timely basis
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders
  • Work with stakeholders to interpret business needs and issues, effectively translating them to actionable requirements
  • Document and refine requirements for OneTrust, general Privacy, Information Security and Cyber Risk
  • Business process mapping and documentation (process mapping/flows, process re-engineering/design)
  • Facilitating discovery or design workshops
  • Work on vendor evaluations to identify the right solution to meet business needs
  • Own the Data Subject Access Request process
  • Partner with ProSearch vendor, Legal Firm and Privacy team to address Data Access Requests
  • Laisse as needed with requestor to request additional information
  • Manage the HR Privacy inbox
  • Assist with the data discovery process

What you need to have:

  • 3-6 years of Technical Product and Project/Program Management Background in privacy regulations and technology preferred.
  • Experience working with data in a technical and commercial capacity 
  • Experience working at a senior level with technology stakeholders
  • Experience writing and reviewing business requirements with the ability to call out desired value or business benefits
  • Experience configuring and rolling with OneTrust modules
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to communicate technical and complex issues into a simplified business context
  • Illustrative skills in putting together executive decks
  • Knowledge of privacy regulations and privacy industry standards including but not limited to: GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, ISO 27701, NIST preferred
