Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President - Digital Transformation

In this role, you will handle large global deployment programs (technology services products) including customer education, setting expectations, process definition, establishing appropriate thresholds, relationship building, on-site implementation workshop delivery, and project management meeting facilitation, be a strategic partner in influencing decisions for the future.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overall direction, strategic leadership in PTP/OTC F&A and supply chain transformation
  • Ability to work in complex and challenging client environment (diversified org structure, ERPs, business processes)
  • Practical exposure to Lean Six Sigma and Quality tools.
  • Strong cross functional expertise, multiyear transformation roadmap required to be executed which includes COE creation, digital implementation, etc.
  • Build depth in solution offering - Point Solutions, Technology offerings
  • Lead generation of Benchmarks and Insights across the broad spectrum
  • Lead Diagnostics and Transformation initiatives, act as Coach and Mentor to the Genpact and Client teams
  • Identify opportunities to improve the business processes and deliver business impact to client by driving standardization, consolidation, lean/six sigma, best practices framework, for making processes more efficient and effective
  • Identifying key process gaps and deviations
  • Work closely with client SMEs/Continuous Improvement team and Genpact’s Transformation Leader to develop and drive the transformation agenda that would broadly cover project identification, prioritization, analysis, delivery, and governance.
  • Bring program management approach and rigor to the delivery of projects
  • Ensuring customer deliverables and project timelines are met
  • Data Analysis and analytics to support business decisions
  • Assist in Leadership Review Packages

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

  • Formal Degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • Supply chain experience-demonstrating a proven track record of delivering successful transformation projects.
  • Ability to interact with senior leaders and their Direct Report(s) level members in client organizations; ability to network with key stakeholders effectively and build lasting relationships.
  • Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment, collaboratively.
  • Influencing skills, creative thinking/innovative mind-set, strategic thinking
  • Communicates clearly and with an inclusive style.
  • Ability to manage change effectively; uses straightforward and structured arguments to gain buy in from others.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • MBA or accounting qualification - CA/ CFA/ CPA/ CMA/ICWA preferred.
  • Master Black Belt or Black belt certification from reputed institute.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of accounting principles, systems, and procedures.
