Joining Collibra’s Product Marketing team

Join a dynamic marketing team at Collibra as a Senior Product Marketing Manager, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Product Marketing. As a seasoned individual contributor, you'll spearhead the development of compelling messaging, positioning, and customer-facing content to bolster awareness, engagement, and expansion of Collibra’s products.

Senior Product Marketing Manager at Collibra are responsible for 

  • Crafting strategic GTM strategies by synthesizing market, competitive, analyst, and customer insights, collaborating closely with product management, sales leadership, and other marketing teams. 
  • Driving the creation and execution of product GTM tactics, ensuring alignment with overarching marketing objectives and sales targets.
  • Developing and refining differentiated product messaging, working hand-in-hand with the broader marketing team to deploy across various channels.
  • Orchestrating cross-functional product launches, coordinating efforts across product management, sales enablement, marketing, and partner teams.
  • Creating impactful top, middle, and bottom of funnel content, including blog posts, eBooks, whitepapers, webinars, and demo videos, to attract, engage, and convert prospects.

You have 

  • Exceptional writing skills, capable of conveying complex ideas concisely and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in delivering presentations to both internal and external audiences, effectively communicating technical concepts.
  • Experience in synthesizing market insights to drive GTM strategies and tactics.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience is required. 
  • This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

  • Adept at collaborating across cross-functional teams to execute product launches.
  • Organized and adept at multitasking and effectively managing priorities while keeping key stakeholders informed.
  • Able to create compelling content across various formats to drive customer engagement and conversion.

Measures of success 

Within 6 months: 

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of a subset of Collibra products and their perceived value by customers.
  • Build strong relationships with critical stakeholders involved with the assigned products.

Within 12 months:

  • Deliver a portfolio of assets and activities related to the subset of products, positively impacting customer purchasing decisions and enabling the salesforce to effectively sell.

Compensation for this role 

The standard base salary range for this position is $152,000-180,000 per year. This position is not eligible for additional commission-based compensation. Salary offers are based on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and location.

In addition to base salary, we offer equity ownership at every level, bonus potential, a Flex Fund monthly stipend, pension/401k plans, and more.
