As a Commercial Director CIS you are accountable for developing and implementing commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Analysis and forecast of current sales, stimulating and communication of market demand towards central and corporate functions
  • Strategic Planning
  • Optimization of sales processes, developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Development and management of annual cost and sales plan and budget
  • Delivering total sales across CIS, including E-commerce
  • Leading, managing and motivating sales execution team to ensure delivery of sales results and DPSM targets at optimal selling cost, developing customer relations, increasing market share and sales revenue.
  • Сo-Develop distributor pool, ensure deployment of commercial policy in line with SBP
  • Resources allocation
  • Team development, hiring & training, coaching, succession planning
  • Evaluation and pursuing new business opportunities
  • P&L Accountability & budget management

About you

You have significant previous work experience in sales with FMCG companies. You have strong people management skills. Curious and self-motivated. Experience working with cross-functional groups (e.g., finance, operations, marketing). Exceptional strategic, analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to breakdown complex problems and formulate plans, commercially aware. A demonstrated ability to craft vision and strategy and execute with actionable plans. Your Upper-Intermediate/Fluent level of English allows you to effectively communicate at all levels.
