THE INTERNSHIP - Customer Experience - Technology and Analytics- Bangalore, India 

As a Customer Experience - Technology and Analytics Intern at MPOWER Financing, you will support in maximizing customer experience using technology and process optimization. You will get an exposure to real-world customer operations strategies and practices.You will lead an individual project which will be presented to the Executive team at the end of the internship and will receive mentorship from our leaders.

We’re looking for interns who can think creatively and analytically, embrace ambiguity and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and have a solution-focused mindset driven by making an impact.

  • Identifying recent trends in driving superior customer experience in fintech industry
  • Analyzing the current customer experience data - satisfaction, complaints, VOC etc to identify areas of improvement
  • Recommending a strategy for MPOWER to deliver a best in class customer experience by using latest technology to collect consumer feedback and help the company assess customer satisfaction, measure customer engagement, perform market research, and gauge expectations.

THE QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, STEM or related fields
  • Prior work experience in technology, automation projects with global exposure is a plus
  • Strong business analytical mindset, tech-savvy, data-driven, GenAI highly preferable
  • Ability to think "big picture" and also work at a tactical level 
  • Fintech/Edtech experience will be an advantage
  • Self-starter who can work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability present complex information clearly and concisely to different stakeholders

A passion for financial inclusion and access to higher education is a must, as well as comfort working with a global team across multiple time zones and locations!

In addition, you should be comfortable working in a fast growth environment, meaning a small agile team, fast-evolving roles and responsibilities, variable workload, tight deadlines, a high degree of autonomy, and 80-20 everything.
