As a Global Business Partner, you will be responsible for “Quality execution of all people programs” in partnership with the Global Executive Business Partners (GEBPs), Regional Business Partners (RBPs), other Global Business Partners (GBPs), and critical COEs to support business groups in India with an objective to achieve business objective via people goals for Technology Product Group. You will represent HR in business decisions and provide input into HR programs, initiatives, and service delivery strategies based on business needs. You will be accountable for execution of key people programs in alignment with functional and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure organizational readiness though quality execution of all people programs.
  • Senior leader onboarding success and increased leadership capability
  • Listen to talents by facilitating two way communications and exchange ideas across all levels.
  • Skills enhancement of key talent through internal programs aimed for business success and innovation.
  • Focus on cost optimization interventions including strategic hiring
  • Partners with Senior leaders across the assigned business group to provide enhanced enablement and implementation of people programs.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in a variety of people functions
  • Partners with Global Business Partner Leader and People Partners to create and execute enablement strategy for all corporate People programs for:
  • Reach Performance Annual Reviews, Check-Ins, and Promotions
  • Annual base pay, stock, and bonus review cycle
  • Team member engagement survey
  • Performance Support Plans (PSP), corrective action, demotions, and conflict resolution
  • Organization management (org structure, job title alignment and mapping)
  • Partner with Senior leaders to provide 1:1 coaching and guidance related to career growth and planning, development, and other People matters.
  • Strategic workforce planning; Global footprint optimization/refresh; People movement
  • Organization design, transition change management
  • People strategy aligned to business strategy
  • Provides guidance to GEBPs regarding best practices
  • In support of the GEBP and GBPL, influences and supports execution of the following strategic initiatives through People analytics, presentation of metrics, material preparation, and sharing of insights.

Education

  • Master’s degree in HR or equivalent

Experience

  • 5 to 8 years as a HR business partner ideally in technology/product/semiconductor domain
