As we enter this next phase of growth, we are in search of a Strategic Partnerships Director, you will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, negotiating, and growing strategic partnerships that help accelerate LM’s strategy, drive revenue growth, elevate our brand and deliver customer success. You will play a critical role in shaping our most strategic relationships to unlock new channels to market and drive innovation.

In this role, you will lead our efforts to identify, negotiate, and implement high-impact partnerships that drive revenue and expand our market presence.   • Partnership Business Development:
  • Identify potential technology partners through market analysis, industry trends, and competitive intelligence.
  • Evaluate partnership opportunities based on strategic fit, technical alignment, and potential business impact.
  • Recommend new partnership explorations to help deliver our strategy
  • Relationship Building:
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at potential and existing technology partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to align partnership objectives with overall business goals.
  • Orchestrate executive relationships to advance partnership strategies
  • Negotiation and Contract Management:
  • Lead negotiations to establish mutually beneficial partnership agreements.
  • Draft and manage contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly defined and adhered to.
  • Strategic Alignment:
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure that partnerships align with the overall strategic direction of the company.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations on potential partnerships that can drive innovation and growth.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of technology partnerships.
  • Provide regular reports to executive leadership on the status and performance of strategic technology partnerships.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Strategy, Partnerships, Sales, Technology, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in technology partnerships, business development, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of current technology trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to think strategically and align partnerships with overall business goals.

LogicMonitor believes in pay transparency, so we provide the base salary ranges for all of our jobs in the United States. Actual base salary offered will vary depending on factors including but not limited to: location, education, experience, skills, and qualifications. 

As part of our holistic compensation philosophy, LogicMonitor also offers many competitive elements in our total compensation package for US employees, such as bonus or commission compensation in addition to the base pay, an equity program for all full time employees, 401K matching, and other rewards. 

Base Salary Range

$144,000—$198,000 USD
