Job role

We are looking for an Operational Procurement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and approving Purchase Requisitions, making sure all relevant documentation is compliant with Allianz procurement procedures.

What you will do

  • Review and approve IT and non-IT Purchase Requisitions in SAP Ariba
  • Perform contract template checks including DPA (Data Protection Agreement)
  • Adjust the discrepancies found in framework agreements
  • Perform Rate Cards checks
  • Respond to stakeholders queries per email
  • Work in ARIBA, SAP Fieldglass, MS Office
  • Control the relevant Desktop Procedures for all services to be up to date
  • Liaise with other Operational Entities, units, departments and foster good relationships
  • Coordination with the specialized teams
  • Identify and drive process optimization

What you bring

  • University Degree
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience within procurement
  • Fluent English and German for customer and internal communication
  • Accurate and reliable way of working
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer and service oriented 
  • ARIBA System knowledge
  • SAP-FI/AP knowledge
  • International cross functional work experience
  • Solution orientated, decision maker, self-driven working
