This role will support our new platform. SoundOn is an all-in-one platform powered by TikTok, designed to better service music creators through each step of their career — from TikTok-integrated promotion tools to universal music distribution, from diverse monetization opportunities to smart music creation.

Our team makes sure SoundOn exists to give every music creator & label the power to authentically connect with new audiences and "do music" their way.

  • Ideate, structure, and execute digital marketing campaigns for music releases, leveraging influencer marketing, social media amplification, and digital media.
  • Maintain daily relationships with TikTok creators and set up incentive ladders to better motivate creators participating in music campaigns in TikTok.
  • Co-develop launch plans for key music marketing initiatives and coordinate execution with cross-functional partners, including Music Partnerships, Programming, Comms, and Business Intelligence.
  • Proactively recommend creative campaign ideas and optimization methodologies.
  • Responsible for creating and managing the reporting analytics to optimize marketing campaign ROI.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of music industry experience with an emphasis on music promotion and influencer marketing.
  • A deep understanding of the music industry and you are well versed in the digital music space.
  • Have worked deeply with or worked at DE-based TikTok creators and influencers before and have the knowledge of working with influencers efficiently in terms of both time and cost.
  • Proven ability to translate data into insights and trends, and to create new strategies based on these insights.
  • Well organized, dedicated, with the ability to plan and deliver on tight deadlines and pay outstanding attention to details.
  • Proficiency in both English and German is preferred.
