The Senior Marketing Database Analyst APAC will report to the Sr Manager, Marketing Operations. This role is responsible for running SQL Query and Analyzing the data from multiple angles. The person must understand business communication and share data as per business requirements. This position will monitor data quality and run data cleanup and enhancement activity as per business requirements.

Responsibilities/What You’ll Do

  • Manage, Run and updated database using SQL 
  • Review and Audit the marketing database and provide feedbacks 
  • Work as subject matter expert on how our internal systems work and relate to one another to manage, prioritize, and respond to ad-hoc requests from a large and diverse group of individuals in a timely manner
  • Manage and embed Data Quality projects/ initiatives that will deliver tangible data quality improvement through root cause analysis, data cleansing, etc.
  • Ensure smooth transition of data from various platforms into the CRM
  • Marketo List imports and list pulls 
  • Automate CXO data enrichment process and oversee overall CTM process 
  • Provide post event campaign reports to the key stakeholders
  • Account profiling - Ensuring the sales team is never short of key contacts within their targeted accounts.
  • Working with the data analytics team to improve our customer and prospecting targeting for various marketing campaigns. 
  • Participate in functionality review by database teams.
  • Work closely with marketing automation team to help them with the required data
  • Project management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Expert in data discovery of Company/Contact profiles using external Data sources

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing database profile and basic knowledge of Tableau.
  • Bachelor's degree in Comp- Experience in Master and Transactional Data management
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM software, Automation Tool, Database Tool, ABM Tool, Intent tools
  • Musk knows Microsoft Excel, SQL and BI tools ( like Tableau, power BI, LLM, )
  • Should have worked with Database vender tools ( like, ZoomInfo, hoovers, DiscoverOrg, D&B etc)
  • Expert in Analytic, Communication, problem-solving & effective writing skills. Good Personnel management and strategic thinking.
  • Must be flexible, adaptable and have the ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment
  • Experience working and collaborating with team members located in countries like USA, UK
  • Excellent listening and reading skills to fully understand the requirements and pain points.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with interpersonal and influencing skills (at all levels internally, externally, and cross-functionally), including expert Excel and data display presentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Expert in analyzing large volumes of data and identifying patterns
