We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Financial Planning & Analysis to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team. This role is located in Pune, Maharashtra, HYBRID

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

Key Responsibilities.

  • Perform in-depth data analysis and provide data modeling suggestions of Finance data
  • Identify trends and metrics that can aid business decisions
  • Create intuitive visualizations and dashboards for Finance organization
  • Ideate and provide innovative solutions for process automation
  • Have an eye on the latest technology trends and modernization techniques
  • Leverage the various technology platforms to bring about process improvement for shorter and efficient business cycles
  • Work closely with other technical teams to provide a collaborative solution
  • Work with global team members to help execute monthly/quarterly business cycle.

Requirements and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Informatics, or similar analytical field
  • Minimum 5+ Years of total experience in providing reporting and analytical solutions for business teams
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience on Power BI
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience on advanced knowledge of SQL
  • Strong knowledge in Power BI, SQL and technical support.
  • Advanced knowledge of database technologies and data warehouse design philosophies
  • Experience in creating data visualizations and dashboards
  • Demonstrated history of problem solving and business partnering skills.
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and strong intellectual curiosity 
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with changing demands.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • A work ethic based on strong desire to exceed expectations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer focused, professional demeanor
