Are you an inspiring sales leader with a passion for driving results? We’re seeking an exceptional Inside Sales Manager to join our team and make an impact. Reporting to the Senior Director of Inside Sales (Europe), you’ll lead and inspire a team of Inside Sales Representatives.

As an Inside Sales Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our success story. Your focus will be on expanding our customer base, bring in net new business, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for supporting and growing the inside sales organisation customer base. You will hire, train, coach and drive a team of Inside Sales Representatives, whose primary focus is to grow the business through outbound prospecting and a strong collaboration with our channel team. 

Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of Inside Sales Representatives. Your leadership will be instrumental in achieving our sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize opportunities. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts and drive results.
  • Forecasting and Reporting: Accurately forecast revenue, track progress against business plans, and report on key performance metrics.
  • Channel Collaboration: Work closely with channel managers to leverage partner and distributor relationships. Together, we’ll unlock new avenues for growth.
  • Process Optimisation: Implement best practices, tools, and methodologies to enhance sales effectiveness. Your insights will shape our success trajectory.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in building and leading high-performing inside sales teams (minimum of 3 years).
  • Proficiency in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
  • Strategic planning, forecasting, and sales region management experience.
  • Successfully managed teams of 8+ sales professionals.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong forecasting accuracy and commitment tracking.
  • Exceptional sales presentation skills, capable of influencing and impacting audiences.
  • Effective communication and execution of corporate objectives both internally and externally.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Inspirational leadership capabilities.
  • Proven partner and distributor engagements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and Salesforce.com and Clari.
  • Full understanding of the MEDPICC Methodology
  • Additional languages a bonus
  • Good understanding of the European market and cultures.
