Inviting applications for the role of Vice President, Global Head of Communications!

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join as the Global Head of Communications. This critical role will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and will be responsible for shaping and executing the company's global communication strategy. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing Genpact's brand reputation, both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

1. Internal Communications:

  • Develop and implement an internal communication strategy to ensure consistent and effective messaging across the organization.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, engagement, and alignment among employees.
  • Collaborate with leadership to communicate organizational vision, values, and strategic initiatives.

2. Crisis Communications:

  • Lead the development and implementation of crisis communication plans to effectively manage and mitigate potential reputation risks.
  • Act as the primary spokesperson during crisis situations, ensuring a unified and strategic response.

3. Public Relations:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key media outlets, industry influencers, and stakeholders.
  • Create compelling narratives and content to drive positive media coverage and enhance Genpact's positioning in the market.

4. Executive Communication Coaching:

  • Provide communication coaching to executives, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in their messaging.
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance their public speaking and media interaction skills.

5. Analyst Relations:

  • Manage relationships with industry analysts, ensuring positive coverage and positioning in relevant research reports.
  • Leverage analyst insights to inform communication strategies and enhance market positioning.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

  • Relevant years of experience in communications, with a focus on internal communications, crisis communications, public relations, executive coaching, and analyst relations.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a global organization, preferably in the professional services or technology industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex and sensitive issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for various audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing crises and effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • Global mindset and experience working in diverse cultural environments.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $200000 to $250000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
