Overview of job Mindshare Fulcrum is an agency of GroupM, t he world's largest media investment company and are a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are currently looking for a Lead - Business Planning & Operations to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing business planning processes, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring the alignment of business strategies with day-to-day operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. The Business Planning and Operations Lead will be responsible for developing business plans, analyzing performance data, implementing process improvements, and providing actionable insights to support the achievement of organizational goals.
