Your impact at MUFG

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who enjoys working with people on a daily basis, has a sharp eye for detail, and who is passionate about providing an exceptional candidate experience. You will own interview coordination and continuously monitor the existing process and look for efficiencies. If you are a recruiter at a recruitment firm and interested in the next step your career in recruiting, this is a great place to take ownership and learn by partnering with the rest of our HR department. Within this role you will be managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience

The role includes the following:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile
  • Create and publish job vacancies internal and on external channels
  • Screen CVs and interview qualified candidates and present of MUFG as an attractive employer
  • Coordinate of interviews and the entire interview process by working closely with all internal and external parties involved, right up to the offer of employment
  • Conduct reference checks and other background checks as needed
  • Advise employees and managers in your own area
  • Preparation of reports
  • Maintain data in the human resources management system e.g. Workday
  • Processing of master data and report system

The tasks described above, apply to all offices of MBE.

In order to be successful in the role, you will need the following:

Skills and experience:

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree with a focus on HR Management, Psychology, Social Sciences preferably or completed apprenticeship in business administration
  • Professional experience as a Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Specialist
  • Fluent German language skills and good English language skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong team spirit
