About the role 

As a senior 3D artist for our Marketing department, you will play a crucial role in producing captivating marketing materials for innovative new games with a wide user reach. You will stay attuned to market dynamics, generate and implement fresh ideas, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance creatives based on data insights. You will optimize workflows and contribute to the marketing of new hit games.

What you’ll achieve

  • Create 3D models of characters, environments, and objects based on project requirements and artistic direction.
  • Ensure models adhere to technical specifications and are optimized for performance.
  • Apply high-quality textures and shaders to 3D models to achieve realistic and visually appealing surfaces.
  • Collaborate with the art team to maintain a consistent visual style across assets.
  • Collaborate with animators and rigging artists to ensure models are properly rigged for animation.
  • Provide support for animation-related tasks, including creating blend shapes and morph targets.
  • Work closely with other artists, designers, and developers to understand project requirements and contribute to the overall creative process.
  • Participate in creative discussions and provide input during project reviews.

What you’ll need to be successful

  • Proven experience as a Senior 3D Artist with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse and high-quality 3D assets.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of texturing, shading, lighting, and rendering techniques.
  • Knowledge of rigging and animation principles is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
