Your responsibilities include:
Understand the Point of Care landscape and the changes taking place in the Israeli Healthcare System affecting Point of Care
Serves as the primary customer’s point of contact
Accountable for driving best possible customer experience with Roche & Roche products always focusing on value for customers
Identify and drive strategic projects within PoC to position Roche for upcoming tenders and product launches
Actively seeks for new business growth opportunities
Maintain long-term relationships and trust with KOLs in Point of Care and Works to grow the customer relationship by identifying new business opportunities and to influence the acceptance and use of company’s products
Maintain commercial agreements with our Point of Care customers and monitor customer billing and pricing for accuracy/timeliness
Deliver/install, service and support our POC products sold to customers and provide customer training
Responsible the handling of product complaints, escalation, reporting and update activities
Ensure knowledge and understanding of customer needs
Provides ongoing customers feedback so the organization can use any learnings from the customer and turn them into a valuable customer journey

Who you are:
Bsc. or equivalent degree or extensive work experience within Diagnostics
At least 4 years of relevant commercial experience
Thorough understanding of Point of Care, its structure and stakeholder landscape.
Thorough understanding of customer needs and ability to build trustful, long term relations with customers.
Able to plan and execute complete product delivery incl. sales, installation, training and maintenance within Point of Care portfolio.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and influencing skills based on building strong long lasting relationships
Passionate and empathetic about working with customers in the Healthcare System
Customer-centric and results-oriented
Ability to gain deep knowledge of the relevant technological solutions
Ability to sell and/or demonstrate IVD instrumentation and reagents
Fluent in English and Hebrew
