The global Monetization Integrity team ensures TikTok users have a safe experience while viewing advertisements. They work closely with advertisers to create ad policies, manage content review processes, and more. As we continue to add advertising on TikTok, this team is critical in assuring a joyful and creative ads experience for the community.

The Training Program Manager will play key role in partnering with our Monetization Integrity and Global Business Solutions teams to proactively address skill gaps and identify needed behavioural changes that will positively impact the business. As part of the training team, the Program Manager will quickly and effectively work to create learning programs that have bottom line impact on the success and growth of our platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, execute, measure, and improve/simplify learning programs, including onboarding, operational quality and efficiency, and client support initiatives.
  • Partner with your internal peers and stakeholders to develop standardisation and alignment , where applicable, across multiple other existing programs and training initiatives.
  • Develop strategies and processes to ensure effective delivery and adoption of global training programs.
  • Contribute to reporting on training activities and analyse data to drive results and learning effectiveness.
  • Create and manage the communication strategy for promoting and highlighting key training processes and activities across the network.
  • Create innovative training solutions that are utilised in multiple geographies and languages.
  • Analyse and solve business problems with focus on understanding root causes and driving forward-looking opportunities.
  • Work strategically with broad group of stakeholders inside the Monetization Integrity organisation and beyond to capture interdependencies, development opportunities and optimisation of existing training programs.
  • Drive adherence to standardised processes and industry best practices learning solutions as well as getting feedback from operational teams on areas of opportunity for improvement.
  • Support Training delivery, as needed.
  • Communicate project status to peers and leader and flag and troubleshoot potential issues.
  • Foster a positive learning environment, emphasizing teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Cultivate a solutions-driven mindset, encouraging creative problem-solving within the training process.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record as a Learning or Training Program Manager, L&D Consultant, Learning Portfolio Manager or Instructional Design Manager
  • A strong focus on internal customers' needs and satisfaction, with an emphasis in demonstrating return on investment in training. The qualified candidate will be knowledgeable about and understand how training contributes to the company's bottom line and will have the analytical skills to justify programmatic decisions with data.
  • Experience building, interpreting, and communicating performance metrics to multiple organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to build, execute, manage, and improve programs and projects.
  • Understanding of industry learning trends and best practices, adult learning theory, and instructional design principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with quickly changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.
  • Experience developing training in a variety of delivery modalities (virtual, hands-on/experiential, instructor-led, remote classroom, synchronous/asynchronous) for a variety of audiences.
  • Familiarity and/or experience with program management tools, learning management systems, instructional design tools, including Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Articulate.
