Your Team, Your Impact

As the manager of Marvell’s IAM team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our organization’s digital assets by managing the identity and access controls across all systems and applications. You will lead a team of IAM professionals in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust identity and access management solutions to safeguard our data and systems against unauthorized access and cyber threats.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader and have proven background in all aspects of Identity & access management, with a focus on driving results and mitigating cyber security risks. Candidate must have 10+ years of proven track record of building high-performing teams and driving results in complex environments.

What You Can Expect

Lead, recruit, mentor and manage highly skilled and motivated IAM team

Develop and implement IAM strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the effective management of user identities, access rights, and privileges.

Establish vision and roadmap, align teams, communicate highly technical information to all levels of a company. Prioritize, and drive transformation and results.

Collaborate with key stakeholders, including IT teams, business units, and senior leadership, to define IAM requirements and priorities.

Design, implement, and maintain IAM processes and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Oversee the implementation and integration of IAM technologies, such as identity provisioning, access management, authentication, and single sign-on solutions.

Monitor and analyze IAM metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of IAM controls and identify areas for improvement.

Respond to security incidents and access-related issues in a timely manner and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and vulnerabilities.

Stay current on emerging IAM technologies, trends, and best practices, and incorporate relevant insights into IAM strategies and solutions.

Develop and deliver IAM training and awareness programs for employees to promote security awareness and best practices.

Serve as a subject matter expert on IAM, providing guidance and support to internal teams and stakeholders as needed.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience (10+ years) in identity and access management, with a strong understanding of IAM principles, technologies, and frameworks.

Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.

Extensive knowledge of IAM solutions such as Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).

Hands-on experience with IAM tools and platforms, such as Microsoft Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, BeyondTrust, CyberArk or similar is required.

Strong Knowledge of IAM standards, such as NIST Framework, capabilities like OAuth, SAML, SCIM, U2F/UAF/FIDO2 and best practices, RBAC, and least privilege access.

Experience with managing identity protection solutions like Crowdstrike Falcon Identity protection, Azure Identity Protection or similar is highly desirable

Strong leadership, communication, team mentoring and stakeholder management skills

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and execute IAM projects from inception to completion.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving results in a complex environment.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.

Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC or CISA is required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

141,700 - 209,680, $ per annum

The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
