Responsibilities & Skills

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management
  • Implements and reports for multiple digital campaigns, with a focus in SEM/PPC & Display platforms and finds ways to optimize these campaigns.
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and implementing those segments in the campaigns you manage
  • Attends weekly meetings with team members to review results, make optimization recommendations and reach out to reps/in-house team members to make necessary changes.
  • Assists team by pulling regular client reports and providing feedback/analysis of campaigns.
  • Recommends tracking opportunities based on client key performance indicators.
  • Partners with other departments to ensure proper campaign implementation
  • Works with vendors to facilitate contracts and reporting.

Skills:

  • 2+ years of in-platform AdWords experience (Adwords Certified a huge plus!)
  • 2+Hands-on media buying, via direct publishers, ad networks, exchanges, and DSPs, ideally in the lead generation space
  • Working ad operations proficiency to traffic, QA, and troubleshoot ad tags / assets and campaign tracking / measurement
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Expertise with Microsoft Excel
  • An appetite for data, knowledge and a desire to constantly enhance your skill set
  • Exceptional time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects and ongoing work items; while effectively managing changing priorities

The Digital Campaign Manager is responsible for the execution of media plan recommendations, campaign management and optimizations. They report to a Media Supervisor or Associate Media Director for each team where they receive mentorship, guidance, and direction on executing media campaigns which help build their client’s business. 

They assist their supervisor in the execution of more complex campaigns and initiatives to help fully build upon their potential and gain experience in new areas. They are learning how to think strategically, by looking at trends, competitive, client goals and objectives, and by having a good understanding of the strategic business insights and creative idea. 

Digital Campaign Managers work closely with other departments in the agency to ensure that communication is in constant flow and that all responsible parties are coordinating to meet the needs of our clients. Digital Campaign Managers are expected to oversee their campaigns and bring insights that can inform what optimizations need to be made to meet campaign objectives. They are also regularly responsible for reporting, meeting strict deadlines, and the training of other support staff.
