For our location Istanbul, we are looking for a Product Manager (m/f/d).

Tasks:

  • End-to-end responsibility for Braking, Air mgmt., ADAS portfolio sales & margin in the region (Middle East, Africa, Turkey & CIS-countries)
  • Responsible for creating and implementing timely regional product range development plans (from business cases to projects execution) for respective portfolio to achieve defined KPI targets derived from business/ customer requirements in IAM and OES
  • Define, align and execute regional respective portfolio strategy, as part of regional category book workstream, act as the regional AM product owner to support regional front line sales team to ensure flawless go-to-market strategy of existing portfolio and range extensions
  • Be the voices of the regional market to define the product specifications, to position product in the right customer segment for financial success
  • Proactive positioning of products in premium and budget segments
  • Support operational and strategic planning processes in the regional respective portfolio

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Technical Fields
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Managment with deep know-how in automotive spare parts automotive spare parts, advanced braking, air mgmt., ADAS 
  • Preferably OES/IAM sales processes & business experience
  • Strategic and analytic thinking with strong drive for results and active execution of strategy targets
  • Self-motivated personality with very good communication and relationship management skills
  • Fluent written & spoken English
