We are currently looking for an ambitious and open-minded Brand and Omnichannel Manager to join our Cardiovascular, Renal and Metabolic (CVRM) team in Finland. This position is placed in our office in Espoo.

What you will do:

Are you ready to make a significant impact in one of AstraZeneca’s largest and fastest-growing products? We are seeking a creative and digitally savvy Brand and Omnichannel Manager to join our dynamic Finnish marketing team. This role is central to driving brand performance and patient impact through omnichannel customer engagement. You will be the expert in building and implementing omnichannel brand plans and marketing campaigns that translate customer needs into personalized content across physical and digital channels.

Accountabilities:

As our Brand and Omnichannel Manager, you will drive brand performance and results through innovation and business development. You will actively participate as a core team member in co-designing the brand strategy and annual brand plan based on in-depth knowledge of customer needs and market dynamics. Your role will involve leveraging deep customer insights and applying available data points to ensure quality of content and channel optimization. You will manage, develop, implement, and continuously improve Omnichannel campaigns and personalized content including consistent and innovative storytelling across all communication channels. Additionally, you will support cross-functional teams in Omnichannel strategies and implementation.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Digitally savvy with a solid track record in marketing from the pharmaceutical industry or other industry where Omnichannel customer engagement is mature.
  • Strong drive for results, sense of urgency, and ability to deliver customer value underpinned by autonomous and effective decision-making abilities.
  • Personal drive for development and growth.
  • Consistent track record in building and implementing omnichannel brand plans.
  • Deep understanding and experience in MarTech to drive marketing automation campaigns.
  • Capacity for complex data analyses to optimize the brand and deliver on opportunities.
  • Demonstrated strong project leadership skills.
  • Creative thinking, growth mindset, learning agility, and the ability to develop innovative strategies and plans.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Finnish.
