About the Team

E-commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only our users, but also sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality. Service and moderation Team (SMT) is part of the GNE organization. Our mission is to provide world-class service and experience for customers, sellers and creators. We are looking for an Automation Labelling Operation Leader to analyze customer's behavior, and manage the labelling project in the process and finding analysis, to improve the automation modeling capability.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Lead global Automation Labeling business team and set the direction for the strategy with proper evaluation mechanism;

2. Guide the team with methodology to continuously find opportunities for Automation Labeling experience improvement;

3. Set quality measurement together with vendors to ensure quality targets are met by providing training programs and quality related refreshers;

4. Manage team OKR by coaching and providing guidance to ensure the target is achieved;

5. Set strong collaboration with cross function stakeholders, and drive success globally;

6. Optimize the existing workflow and improve the entire working efficiency;

7. Work with senior leadership and internal peer groups on continuous improvement projects targeted at improving customer experience.

Qualifications

1. BA or above degrees is needed;

2. 5+years' related working experience in an E-commerce company, operating, managing, and having a good understanding of Automation Labeling design;

3. Expertise in project design, communication skills, driving for results and managing changes;

4. Good ability of data analysis, and can use the data to define the direction;

5. Strengths in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask;

6. Strong ownership and a team player, always focused on delivering results with high standards;

7. Bilingual(English and Chinese) is highly preferred with fluency in English as a must;

8. Ability to attend some night-time meetings including occasional weekend coverage for high level escalations as needed.
