Exciting Full Time Opportunities are available in Guest Services.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for helping to create the “ultimate experience” for every guest by providing exemplary customer service and supporting front and back of house functions.
  • Maintain a welcoming environment that generates customer traffic and builds loyalty by exceeding customer expectations.
  • Provide support to the sales professionals in order to make sales transactions and shopping experiences run smoothly.
  • Assist in all Guest Services areas as necessary: Message Center, Cash Office, Guest Kitchen, Sales Floor, Concierge, and Administration.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales or sales support experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, supporting a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Passion and affinity for the Ralph Lauren brand
