We need the help of a seasoned marketing campaign manager to lead the launch plan that will enable us to exceed our business goals. This role will report to the VP of Global Marketing, situated in Boston's stunning Seaport District. You'll work with incredible people and will enjoy a high-energy, start-up-like environment with the stability of a 23-year, $2.2B brand. 

This newly created role is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial-minded marketer passionate about demand generation, storytelling, content marketing, omnichannel customer experiences, and, most importantly, business outcomes. In this role, you will build the go-to-market plan and business outcomes for the e-commerce program. This role will allow you to conceptualize and create unique and compelling global marketing campaigns in an environment where innovative ideas are cherished and amplified. We are looking for someone who loves marketing, helps others succeed, and is fun to work with. What you can do for us:

Strategic Planning & Process 

  • Organize and lead strategic planning discussions with stakeholders and customers to define marketing campaigns and consult on best practices and marketing operations requirements. 
  • Develop a robust e-commerce go-to-market strategy and a detailed global execution plan that includes translation/transcreation. Collect campaign requirements and assets and work with internal resources to ensure efficient production cycles. 
  • Own and lead our e-commerce marketing tactics across all media channels to support brand awareness, demand generation, lead nurturing, and customer engagement/brand advocacy. 
  • Manage creative agencies and hold them accountable at every stage of the process. 

Campaign Execution 

  • Use internal and external sources to understand our buyers deeply and inform your e-commerce campaign strategy and execution plan. Continually gather feedback from sellers, subject matter experts, and customers to revise and improve new and existing marketing strategies.
  • Partner with brand messaging, design, and sales to curate content ideas, generate new campaign concepts, and turn messaging into compelling campaign creative that engages buyers at every sales funnel stage.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand e-commerce audience segments and create marketing programs that drive new audiences to our website and convert them into loyal buyers.
  • Have a firm grasp of how to optimize the e-commerce journey for existing and new customers. Conduct A/B testing to maximize traffic, engagement, and conversion tactics.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of communications and marketing best practices and industry trends in supply chain management.
  • Identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions for improving the quality of work and efficiencies in the process. 

Campaign Performance 

  • Develop and monitor KPIs (key performance indicators) and dashboards; report daily, weekly, and monthly; hold yourself and your stakeholders accountable. 
  • Promote campaign content across multiple media channels globally to ensure the highest return on investment. 
  • Lead regular internal team meetings to plan and review campaigns. Must be comfortable delivering performance outcomes to the C-suite. 

Who we’re looking for:

  • 7+ years of experience and a bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, etc. – Master's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related discipline with B2B, high-tech preferred. 
  • Demonstrated experience with strategic thinking, agency management, briefing expertise, creative concept evaluation, project management, planning, and organization. 
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, business acumen focused on business outcomes, and a proven ability to manage key performance indicators. 
  • Keen understanding of multicultural consumer trends, insights, passion points, and media content consumption behaviors. 
  • Passion for writing, storytelling, a hawk's eye for typos, and creativity. 
  • Cares deeply about the success and well-being of customers and colleagues and has excellent leadership skills, entrepreneurial, can-do attitude, and the ability to work well with others to accomplish goals. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail 
  • An independent problem-solver able to manage and prioritize a high volume of concurrent tasks and communicate changes to teams regularly.
