Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator

In this role you will be responsible for managing the customer orders and the performance of our 3PL, who is providing storage and distribution services. You will be based in Kartal, Istanbul office and working on a hybrid pattern which will be 3 days in the office and 2 days flexibility to work from home.

What You Will Do

  • Receive, prioritize and process incoming orders according to the sales policy and customer requirements.
  • Process orders from distributors / customers in the SAP B1 system.
  • Conduct regular review of customer orders and provide support to reduce backorders
  • Coordinate customer communication for “order to deliver process”
  • Timely invoicing and troubleshooting with complaints regarding deliveries in cooperation with 3PL
  • Coordinate with global teams customer master data creation and maintenance in SAP B1
  • Coordinate operations with 3PL partners (warehousing and transportation) by taking into considerations SLA’s within the contract and customer satisfactions
  • Coordinate 3PL with ÜTS service partner to have uninterrupted notification flow. Support and coordinate with service partner customers’ ÜTS issues.
  • Supervise, stock reconciliation, inventory count, SLOB destruction
  • Check and evaluate continuously, by tendering/collecting offer, the local transport market for potential saving opportunities
  • Supports logistics and digitalization projects and be part of the continuous improvements
  • Verifying and approving 3PL both warehousing and transportation invoices according to the contract

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics or related departments of universities
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in customer service and logistics
  • Good command of English in both written and verbal communication
  • Medical/Pharmaceutical environment experience/knowledge is a plus
  • Good knowledge of ERP Software, SAP is crucial
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Problem solving, analytical thinking and strong communications skills
  • Willing to take initiative and responsibility
