Able to solve problem independently.
Able to communicate technical concepts to any audiences efficiently.
Experienced crisis and urgent handling.
Able to identify and co-work with developers to issues.
Able to understand system architecture and distributed systems.
Able to build and adjust monitor/alert system on daily basis.
Able to build tool/system to improve troubleshooting process.
This role needs to work on weekend shift and participate in on-call rotation.


Experiences in technical support or FAE role.
Good oral and written communication skills are must.
Fluent in Chinese and English is a plus.
Familiar with Linux command and log/text processing.
Familiar with SQL.
Familiar with one script language (e.g., python, php, perl).
Experience in Git.
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience in monitor/alert system building is a plus.
Experience in backend/frontend development is a plus.
Experience in MongoDB/Nginx is a plus.
