Job description1 

The Role:

Korn Ferry is searching for a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition Coordinator in the DFW Metroplex with the ability to go onsite as needed.

As Senior Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the recruiting team, executives and clients with interview scheduling utilizing a high-touch and personalized approach. Senior Coordinators will manage executive calendars with limited availability using a variety of administrative tools..

Key Accountabilities:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process by executing end-to-end scheduling/coordination logistics for niche interview and events (phone, video, in-person) including travel 
  • Working closely with the recruiting team to ensure all interviews are confirmed and, if applicable, interview feedback is received 
  • Act as trusted advisor to Recruiter and other stakeholders
  • Documenting, tracking, and maintaining records and the status of engagements/ requisitions in the applicant tracking system 
  • Identify and execute process improvements and solutions that create efficiencies across searches
  • Providing responsive and proactive customer service via telephone, e-mail, etc, communicating professionally, tactfully, an with the utmost confidentiality. 
  • Managing, reviewing and sending HR and/or recruiting-related correspondence and documents to clients and candidates 
  • Performing various administrative duties that support the recruiting function
  • Management of multiple calendars across a single panel interview
  • Scheduling meetings with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Meeting prioritization and rescheduling
  • Drafting and sending emails to internal and external stakeholders
  • Meeting moderation
  • Setting up technology and taking notes in meetings
  • Sending follow up emails and instructions to participants
  • Following up next steps to ensure completion
  • Processing expenses and booking travel

Required Skills:

  • Must reside in the DFW Metroplex and be able to go onsite to 2101 Cedar Springs Road, Dallas, TX as required
  • 2+ years of project management, administrative experience or scheduling experience in a team-oriented professional services environment
  • 2+ years of experience working with administrative office tools to schedule meetings, and virtual tools such as Zoom
  • 2+ years of organizing & managing own work load with a focus on details and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
  • 2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment while effectively coping with change
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Technology savvy

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of project management, administrative or scheduling experience in a team-oriented, professional services environment
  • Applicant Tracking System experience
  • Ability to take direction and execute a plan
  • Detail orientation with follow through shown in previous roles
  • Track record of proven results
  • More than 1 year of supporting senior executives
